Consumers were advised to call COSCO at 1-800-544-1108 (which is handling the customer service for the recalls) or write Okla Homer Smith Furniture Manufacturing Company, P.O. THE DIRECTIONS FOR BASSETT SOUTHHAMPTON CONVERTIBLE CRIB (model 5925-0521) ARE LOCATED *INSIDE* THE WARNING LABEL ON THE WIRE CRIB BASE. The warning label is an envelope that holds the direction packet. I was confused, too--I thought they hadn't included them with my crib! Hope that helps!
