Hello my name is dan rodgers . and I have a problem with my target (tilematic) wet saw . (1) it wobbles as its winding down after shut off. (2) its cuts wavey on larger tile (3) it wants to chip tile at the end of a cut (4) the wobble isnt visable until its almost to a stop (5) The arbor is clean and free of any debree (6) the tension bar is taught (7) I have a new $100.00 blade in it and still cuts rough Ive had this saw for about two years and I dont always use it . When I first got it it would cut anything like butter . What can I do or where can I go to have it serviced
Did yo happen to put the round hoding plate back on before you bolted the blade on, this is what keeps the blade from wobbleling, if you have since you haven;t used it to much has anything hit against the shaft that might have broke the bearings? and made the shaft wobble,.but is sounds like the round washer that goes on the blade before the lovk nut is installed isn't there
Another option: get the Harbor freight wet saw and a blade, then polish it up for Ebay or Craig's List after you are finished. You'll probably recoup a good chunk of the purchase price (and you won't trash your cut-off saw).
You may wanna check the Conveyor Cart Wheel. Replacing this wheel maintains smooth rolling action which contributes to straight, chip-free cuts.
It costs for only about $28.72. Here, you may check this link if you wish to buy the Conveyor Cart Wheels:

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any service center where you can bring your Target Tile saw for repair. But you may check the manufacturer's contact number on the user's manual.
Have a great day!

Thanks ! I didnt think to level saw table up / I hate to think its arbor.....its too new for that already , the wheels seem to roll good however there are two nylon rollers in the front and one is alittle high , but again it could be because the pan is not level. Now that may solve the chipping I dont know why the blade is wobbleing alittle ?
Leveling my conveyor table may solve the chipping , however My biggets delema is thwe wobbleing of the blade / its a minor wobble bot enough to make it a rough cut
