My WA37T26GW2 Fisher and Paykel washer is on the fritz! (again.) This was happening about a year ago but I unplugged it and unconnected and reconnected the hoses and then it seemed to work okay again. Once and a while it will start doing the following problem but now it won't resolve itself and it's rather frustrating.
So the washer washes and all and it rinses and spins but it doesn't stop filling up with water when it's done!?!?!? I have to manually flip the water switch on the back of the laundry room wall to 'OFF' in order for it to stop. It seems like it is just cold water for some reason but even if the washer is unplugged, it is constantly filling up with water. What the HECK is the problem??? Please help!

My WA37T26GW2 Fisher and Paykel washer fills up but will not drain. It appears that the motor is humming but does not appear to be spinning.

Okay, thank you! But what does that mean? How do I do that? Do I need to call a plumber? Do I need to order the part? Do I call Fisher and Paykel????
