I don't know the password to the voicemail on a Comdial Impact 8024s telephone. I am trying to reset it to the default password.

You will need to log in from a main phone or phone with LCD screen and go to the set you need to set to default in the menu...this maybe only be done through your vendor unless you know the system password to get into the configuration mode.

I am helping a customer get into an old Comdial Voice Mail (PC based from 1996) I think it is a Key. Anyone know the password?

By default, the admin password is blank and the installer password is 1234.

If those don't work, I hope you remember DOS. The passwords sit in a cfg file.
