1992 Buick LeSabre armrest won't open.

PWR WDO - 30amp circuit breaker , DRV -MDL 10amp fuse - both are located in the rear fuse box .

Under the left side of the rear passenger compartment seat

Unbolt it there are about 15 bolts that r torx style

These are usually a combination of Velcro, screws and snap latches. The screws have concealment caps that can be removed with a small screwdriver. The other place is under the rubber liner mats for the "catch all" area and in the bottom of the storage compartment itself. If you have any lighters, ashtrays or power points you will have to remove those first as well. Small screws usually hold those in.

On 1994 Buick Lesabre 3.8L SFI OHV 6cyl the Engine Control Computer is located front seating area, passenger side, behind dash, mounted behind glove compartment cavity.

I think the seat design is the same as the 1992 LeSabre. If so this is easy. Grip the seat under the bottom front edge next to the carpet and lift straight up. The seat is held in place by a spring receiver so at this point the entire bottom cushion should now be loose and you can lift it out of the car.
To replace it put it in position and press down until you feel it drop in place. Don't bury the seat belts.

under the back seat. Lift up under the front edge of the seat. It takes a special battery with a vent tube.

Place the palm of your hand on the top and curl your fingers under the lip and press upward toward your palm,it should then open.When open you can fold the cup holder inside the console.

The LeSabre had the same body style up until 1999 in the rounded style. So it should fit just fine.

Sounds like the latch is stuck in the lock position. You will need to remove the door panel to access the latch. This can be difficult with the door closed. You might have to remove the front seat.

Do you an Owner's Manual to look at. There are two fuse boxes on the 2000 Buick LeSabre. One is under the hood an the passenger-side at the front and the other is under the back seat. The Owners manual has fuse diagrams on pages 6-62 and 6-63 for the engine compartment box and pages 6-66 and 6-67 for the under seat box. Pictures and instructions are also included starting page 6-61.
