Tv will tern on for 15 miniets and terns off

Hi, turn EVERYTHING off...... leave it for a good 5 to 10 minutes, then reboot it all up again. it may just need a restart

if the motor is kicking on and the drum is not turning sounds like the belt has come off or the tensioner has broke

You have internal engine damage the sound is metal hiting metal

check your wiring harness from the ignition and continues throgh the steering column it might be shorting out ... Also look under the hood to see if any wiring harness is binding when turning right (on the steering linkage)

Most motorcycles have an internal one-way clutch. It is in the oil and consists of several metal barrels that grab on to a smooth drum on the side of a large gear. If the smooth part of the drum becomes chattered the barrels will no longer grab so the starter spins, but the motor does not turn over. What you need is a one-way clutch and the starter gear it rubs against.
