Wow, now that's why I don't like all in one's on anything. If one thing breaks down, you're out of all the others. OK, it sounds like your video is bad or going bad. Now if you had a regular computer it would be easy to track down the problem because all you would have to do is plug an external monitor into the computer and see if it does the same thing. I'm not sure if your all in one will allow you to attach another monitor, if it does, do it. If it does not, then you've got to suffer the consequences of an all in one and that means being without everything until the one thing is fixed.
