Maybe i can help you this way.. switch on the tv set, aim the universal remote at the tv set. Hold the "SET" key until the indicator illuminates..Press the "VOLUME+" key on time and then release it to see the volume symbol display appear on the tv screen. if no such symbol occurs, repeat the procedure. Upon appearance of the symbol,, press the "SET" key immediately, and then the indicator goes out. Test whether the remote control function well. GOOD LUCK!
