Horizontal streaks across the page usually mean your cartridge is about to run out, or is at least dirty. Try cleaning the nozzles, though avoid doing this manually -- your printer should have a cleaning cycle.
The squeaking noise could be dust in your rollers. That can't really be fixed without major intervention that could throw something out of balance and result in many a paper jam. You can use a lint-free, static-free cloth to gently clean inside an unplugged printer, but it's generally not a great idea to mess around in there too much.

Why does my printer cut off top and bottom of page when printing, and sometimes side margins. But on the print preview page it shows it printing all of it.

Make sure you have selected the correct paper size to match the paper you are using. For example, your printer properties may be set to A4 (metric) while you are using Letter (8.5"x11"). These are slightly different in size and would produce the results you are describing.

Be sure to set your Default printer properties to the paper size you normally use so that you don't have to make the change every time you print.

Hp 6500n officejet printer squeaky

Check the printer properties settings and check if there is a check mark in any of the options either spooling and squeaking and remove it but if the setting is correct. Resetting the printer will help you clear the error.

Return under warranty is the best thing to do. Trying to repair it yourself will void the warranty.
