KEYBOARD DOESN'T WORK AND THIS IS THE REPLACEMENT

it's not a battery problem you have please. something has gone wrong with the touchscreen itself and needs to be quickly checked out. if you have an LG service center close to where you work, or live then you can turn it in there. you must be prepared to part with some cash too. they will diagnose the problem easily and even go ahead to get things sorted out with your touch phone.

I'm having the same problem,and my touch calabration just keep saying out of range try again.

Unfortunatly that exact same problem jus happened to me earlier this week...what i did was, i took my phone up to a sprint store actually today lol jus got home actually..but i took it up there and LG discontinued the LG Rumor..im guessing from so many deffects and problems that seem like they never stop. ive had 3 diffrent LG Rumors so yea its a horrible phone...but anyway, they replaced my LG Rumor with the new LG Rumor2...the same day...and so far so good..so try that...u should gt the same results and they should give u the free upgraded LG Rumor 2

You might have a crack or a damage motherboard. sorry you will have to take it to a repair technician

Sprint has open enrollment for phone insurance...
you could get it and have it repaired or replaced...
seven bucks a month... cheaper than a new phone.

Can you be more specific? The keyboard doesn't slide out (try the other side?), or the keys don't do anything?

Take it into a repair center. You won't be able to fix it by yourself. :(

Take the phone to a mobile service center and ahve them replaced teh keyboard for you.
