I am currently having a HUGE problem with my HTC. I went to charge the battery when I went to bed when I woke up in the morning the Blue and Red lights (at the top of the phone) were solid I went to turn the phone on and it would not turn on. I tried to remove the battery I tried a soft reset nothing seems to be turning it back on, I have had it attached to the USB cable and attached to my computer for over two days now and still nothing I am not able to do a hard reset because the Send anddisconnect lights will not come on at all Please help I am lost without my phone I have a similar problem. The phone does not charge with A/C charger - nor with USB cable. Whne charging / usb cable is attched and I do a soft reset a see a red and some times a amber light glow for a sec. is this a battery issue / charging issue / Corrupt O.S ? All this started after the OS hanged.
Hello friend. i am having the same mobile and had a same problem while i let it charge the whole nit and in the morning it never boot. its the battery problem. change the battery or get one of ur friend same kind of battery and boot with it. it will boot. cheer up the battery has gone. the problem is the new battery wont avail for this model. i tried a cheep one that little bit solved the problem but the talk time comes to very low. original battery must be replaced. best of luck.
