Whirlpool quiet partner 2 , not filling with water

First try resetting your error code if there is one from your manual, then try the below. Also check to make sure your thermal fuse is good as well then do below.
Try pressing normal wash -heat dry-normal wash-heatdry- normal wash-heat dry- norma wash - heat dry. all the lights should come on. then after a little bit. keep pressing start till disher washer gets back to normal shut down. Sometimes this uses other features and opens contacts that are rarely used and recycles the processor in control panel reactivating stuck contact solenoids. If none of this works your control panel needs replaced cost 100 up to 200 dollars. My washing machine would stop and beep and not advance to the next wash cycle and it was taking forever to fill up. I did the diagnostics and found it to be #49 which is a faulty hot or cold water valve. ...

Sorry for the very much delayed response due to site changes which modified the notification system.

Anyway, you should try holding first the WASH TEMP DOWN button then the POWER button until there's a beep. If it doesn't work, use WASH TEMP UP instead.

Make sure the Restart feature is turned on and the Recycle feature is turned off if all else fails. During the diagnostic mode use the WATER LEVEL DOWN button to turn RESTART on by pressing the said button until the LOW WATER LEVEL LED turns on. Use the WATER LEVEL UP button to turn RECYCLE off. The MEDIUM WATER LEVEL LED off indicates RECYCLE OFF. To set these modes in EEPROM the Advance button must be held while selecting Restart or Recycle. Power off the machine thereafter to complete the reset.

I do have low water pressure and I do not overload my machine - but my washing still gets the white soap(?) streaks. I have tried rinsing them again, but it still stays. Very frustrating!!

Hi here are a few things that can help. there is a restrictor in the water valve behind the filter which you can see when you remove the water inlet hose from the back of the machine. its a rubber disc remove it altogether this will help with water flow. Have someone check that the circulation pump is recycling the water and that the machine is heating the water. use detergent with no bleach on programs of under 40 degrees as it wont desolve properley. use programs of 60 degrees once a month to help keep a build of undesolved residues clear. Im presuming the drum is rotating. hope this helps.

My clothes smell as if the washer uses recycled water.

Purchase Affresh, Place 2 Tabs into your washer and run through a cycle. This will keep your washer smelling fresh. Do this every 2 or 3 months, or you can have the boot replaced.

My gwl11 will fill and agitate but when it begins the rinse and spin cycles it just keeps recycling the water. The diagnostic says it is a pressure hose fault. How do I fix it?

Hi just read you posting .It sounds like your diverter is stuck in the recycle position. When you say the diagnostic said it was the pressure switch, did it stop and beep and turn some lights on or show you a fault code on your display if you have that model? Please reply and I can guide you throe any repair that needs to be done. Checked my manual and it tells me it is more likely the diverter.

I have a fisher paykel eco which is spining water on the floor.

You could take the pump out and check it for obstacles

My washer wont drain

It sounds like you need a 2 way valve , its a valve thats suppose to recycle the water during the wash and then open so that the water can drain. it's at the bottom of the washer right by the drain hose.
