How to wire knife switches o n mth 437 switch tower

My wont turn on too, There is a orange light on the tower, Green on the left, Battery ovel, If I push the restart button, also switch the power supply switch in the back, also unplug from it, Sometimes does it, Do ou know whats causing this to happen, Please let me know Thanks

I'm not sure what the model number for the gas station you have is but you should be able to find it here.

Remove battery,attach and switch on charger,for about 10mins or until charge mode displays,should flash.Insert battery, donot disconnect charger,leave for 2 hours,disconnect charger ,phone should switch on.

A) on the gas station gets one wire from the transformer and one to the activation botton off A on gas station ( acc power from transformer )
B) gets ground from the transformer
C ) to activation botton
D ) to Acc power on transformer
E ) ground on transformer

was able to find the instructions for the swith track

1) Check for +12v power from the fan select switch at the resistor pack - (If +12v is available there you may again have a faulty resistor pack).
2) Apply +12v directly to the fan motor to check that it runs ok.

sounds like it could be a bearing in your hard drive. is this problem constant? If so, I would open up the tower and disconnect the hard drive and then power up the tower again. if the sound goes away--you need to get a new hard drive. If not, you could have some dust bunnies in your cooling fan.

Hi There, You are safe to use a just a two wire connection switch rather then then original 7 wire connection. The difference is between the 7 wire allows you to turn the tower on and also reset the tower. if you know the correct connection for onlu turning the tower on, then you can use the 2 wire switch. You can also bring the tower to a PC repair shop, they would be able to replace the switch with a 7 wire switch. I am not sure how much they will charge you since they all make up their own price. Let me know the outcome. It would have been great if you could provide pictures. I would be able to guide you to do the repairs. Mike
