Firmware for canon iR 1018

I ahve Canon iR 1018 shows message download standby, from the forum i saw need to load software or anyone has software to this problem.

You need a special service tool to load the firmware to the copier and usually only canon sevice technicians have access to it,
you may need to call a canon agent service centre

This means the printer booted in download mode. There are problem with the firmware.

You will need the support tool and a software cd for that model.
