if the problem is the colour wheel there is a slight delay when first turned on.If the colour wheel is at fault it is located right adjacent to the lamp it is pretty easy to change with 2 screws holding it in place.they are about 100 to 150

Some of these sets have a jumper plug that has to be removed when you install the newer type of color wheel.
The jumper if it has it usually causes the color to look funny blue instead of normal.
It is located on the DMD board--the metal box on the light engine where the two plugs from the color wheel are.
It
will be in a small opening on the metal shield that covers it--small
and rectangular in shape--it has a small metal tab across it--it jumps
two pins--
if it is there with a hemostat or small needle nose
pliers pull it carefully out and see what you have--The CCA adjustments
are done in the TECH MENU--look to see first if the jumper is there and
remove it.
A lot of places that sell the wheel do not tell people about this.

Hi,if you hear clicking it could be the board that powers the lamp its called the ballast Was the fan
running ok? You can clean it w an air pressure
can. If you heard clicking or like wanting to turn on the problem could be with the board that powers the lamp.The board it's called the ballast.If its not able
to provide the power to the lamp it will not turn it on
and the red light will blink.Also pay attention to sounds off buzzing which could indicate a color wheel issue.
