Want to see why my batteries wont charge. Product is new !

Is the charger getting power? Is the power reaching the battery pack to charge them? If you answer yes to both questions then something has to be wrong with the battery pack.

I have new batteries two weeks old. They now will not charge properly. could it be the charger? This is on a victory 3 scooter

Did someone qualified tell you that you needed new batteries?. I would go back to the battery supplier & go from there.ALSO,if you still have the old ones can they be tested too.Ask them,i hope this helped.Colin

My pride mobility victory scooter will not charge

You must charge each battery individually with an automotive NON automatic style battery charger until each battery has at least 10 bolts each. The scooter charger cannot pull up a battery with less than 10 volts.

Scooter only moves a short distance, then stops?

If the scooter in question is a Pride Victory with on board charger ? ( you plug a mains lead into it ?) now what happens with this particular scooter as the charger starts to fail, it's not charging the battery correctly, if you have access to a multimeter DC setting , check the voltage from one of terminal of the battery to the other terminal of the opposite battery, now it should read at least 18 volts , 0 volts then you need to change from one terminal to the other and same for the other battery ,, now if it below 24v that's the problem because as soon as you put it under load the voltage drops to under the minimum working voltage for the controller , hope that makes sense so other-words you need to replace the on board charger , contact me and I show you a way to do this cheaply...

My victory 4 mobilty wont charge the green light is very faint/the charger was tested working.so why wont my scooter charge

make sure battery cables are secure at battery terminals and clean.how old are the batteries. If the batteries run down fast they are no good.a good way to test them is put scooter against some thing solid and go forward. If the battery indicator drops to o the batteries are no good.It takes about 10 hours to charge the batteries

Having trouble with a 3-wheel Pride Mobility Victory scooter. When throttle is applied does not move.

Check that it is unplugged from the charger. Then check the freewheel lever to ensure it is in gear by placing it out of gear first, then placing it firmly in gear. Do this while the key is OFF. Wait three seconds, then turn back on and it should go.

If it doesn't, and you are sure it's in gear and unplugged from the charger, you should be getting a fault code flashing on the charger display. Consult your owners manual to determine the fault and proceed as recommended.

Here's a link to the owners manual if you've lost yours. Good luck.

Scooter is running slow

Have the batteries tested with a load tester. Usually when it starts to move slow it means the batteries are going.
