Picture problem with Beko 32WLH530HID LCD TV.

Beko LCD TV, probs with picture. When switching TV on I get a picture for about 1 second then the screen goes dark and the sound continues. Whilst there is no picture you cant bring up any menus and you would have to guess when changing source via AV button as there is nothing on the screen.

Tried switching TV on and off for about 10 times and finally got a picture so i guess the problem is intermittent. Any advice as to what this is would be good?

I have a 42 in beko lcd have sound perefect but no picture is it worth repairing
If when you turn on you have picture for a while then no picture, it is just the ccfl power circuit problem. You may have to change ccfl bulbs or the power chip for the bulbs.

Bad Switch mode power supply (SMPS) look for bad capacitor on SMPS board usually the value are 2200 microfarad 35volts they are bowed on top heats kill these caps they tend to dried up.

Can I use parts from a BEKO 32WLU530HID TV?
I guess that the power supply is faulty,look for bad caps.
If both power supply's are the same is easy to see when both sets are open.Compare the numbers on the print.

Blank screen beko lcd 26" lcd tv - sound ok (model no. L5A)
While you have sound, take a flashlight and shine it on the screen, look very close and see if you can see a dark video image.

Sony Bravia KDL 52 keeps turning itself OFF
i had prob where my sony would switch off for a few secs thenh come back on . The solution was in menu / tv settings / sleep timer . Go into that and make sure its set to off. there are opions for off , 5 min 20 min 30 min etc... mine was set to nothing just blank.
