SOURCE: my machine keeps printing pages

If it is printing a print job, press the Printer function button and then choose Reset Job. That will cancel out the print job.

My ip4300 keeps printing the same page over and over again. There's nothing in the print Q, but no matter what new job I send to the printer it prints the same old page. Is there a way to reset the printer...

Have you rebooted your computer? The printer's memory is very limited -- certainly not enough to hold an entire page. Your computer feeds the printer a line at a time, so it would seem that your computer's print spooler is 'stuck' on that print job. Try shutting the computer down completely, then restarting and see if that print job clears out.

I am editing a pagemaker file that has previously been printed. I need to keep the page from not reflowing...so if I take out just one space the entire document reflows...how can I stop that from happening

Can you elaborate a bit more what exactly is required ? What I undersand is that you need to remove a "one line space" from any page but do not want the matter from the next page to come in the current page.

Well if that is the case what you can do is remove the one line space or maybe more lines from page 1 (for example). If the matter from page 2 comes to page one, click on arrow tool and select the text matter on page one to select it. Click on the "+" sign at the bottom of selection and drag above the unwanted text.

I hope I have made myself clear.

My printer wont stop printing from my computer when the page is finished, keeps going no matter what i do.

Maybe you need to clear the printer query. Then do like a print preview where you'll set up the print settings. Make sure only the # of copies you want is showing.
Is it printing the same print job over and over or pages you didn't select?
