Frontal or lateral waste toner?

c2551 come when Cyan low toner in Cyan Developing Unit.

Try to reset by opening and closing front door.
and check toner supply-hopper
if not still ok then replace Cyan Developing Unit.

Try to look at the pending jobs on each user's PC and then reset the machine. this is due to a print error. (problematic print)

C 2551,C2552,C 2559 Cyan TCR sensor.Check de consumabile life,if you have possibility change the Black and Cyan Imaging unit.Enter in the service mode Press Utility key - Metercount- Details- Stop 00 Stop 01 select Sistem 1 or Sistem 2and read the messages.For reset turn OFF the copier,press and hold the Utility key turn ON the copier and then the display appaire Trouble reset release the Utility key and touch the reset,turn OFF the copier wait 2 minutes and turn ON.

Ahhh, you must be the same Macdaniel I emailed for clarification a short while ago.
C2551 relates to the Cyan imaging unit, the machine thinks the toner level inside the Cyan imaging unit is low.
Opening and shutting the main front door is the reset procedure. However if this doesn't work you should try the following
Remove the Cyan imaging unit, give it a bit of a shake and then refit.
Experience tells me that the above only works on occasion and you will probably require a new imaging unit. They are available for around £250.
Please be aware that the fault could also be down to a circuit board being defective, but this is less common.

YOU CAN RE-TONE THE MACHINE BY ENTERING SERVICE MODE SELECTING IMAGE PROCESS ADJUSTMENT AND TCR SUPPLY SELECT THE COLOUR THAT IS DEFICIENT AND RUN THE SUPPLY JUST ONCE. BEFORE YOU DO THIS CHECK THAT THE SEALING STRIP ON THE TONERS HAS COME AWAY AND NOT STUCK OVER THE HOLE HENCE STARVING THE MACHINE OF TONER.
