You may need to lubricate the wheels and where they pivot on the frame, otherwise that's the way they operate normally.

Ryobi 902 bandsaw makes high pitch noise. have adjusted all guides and thrust bearing

The noise might not be coming from the blade, but perhaps from the bearings on the top or bottom wheel. Unplug it and open the covers. With the blade still on, turn the wheels by hand to see if you still get the noise. Then remove the blade and turn the wheels independently by hand. Then plug it back in and run the motor (with the blade still off!). Of course with the blade still off, the load on the wheel bearings will be very light, so maybe you can provide a bit of load by pressing a wheel or or caster against them as you turn them. Be careful. Good luck!

How do the wheels install

10. You will find four casters (Figure B) and a dolly (Figure C) with your wet/dry vacuum. Assemble as follows:
11. If the casters are not already installed in dolly, insert casters into bottom of dolly by placing stem of caster into holes provided. Ap- ply pressure and twisting motion until casters snap into place (Figure 1).
12. With cord disconnected from receptacle and tank cover removed, turn tank upside down so that bottom is facing up.

Banging noises like steel hitting steel when turning-what is the problem

Make sure that the deck cover fenders is not hitting your drive tires. Check the bearings in your caster wheel assembly to ensure the casters can turn freely. The back outrigger has a pinch bolt in the middle, tighten it all the way then back off 1/2 turn.
If these do not help, you may have damaged the frame, axles or mounting bracket for the motor. This can happen when the rider weighs too much for the power chair or the power chair has been dropped onto the ground.
If you continue to have problems, contact Pride for Tech Support.
Good luck!

Runs but doesn't vacuum/****. Sidebrush works fine. Cleaned the roller brushes, and that seemed to confuse the robot and now it keeps going backward a few inches, turning, and then starts going backward...

sounds like a sensor problem. pull and clean the front black/white caster assembly and the revealed movement sensor and the 4 cliff sensors along the bottom of the front. Make sure the front caster wheel turns freely. You may have to remove the roller from the caster assemply and push the axle out and clean it.

Changing the dual axle on an Invacare recliner to lower seat

You will need to remove the rear tires and front casters. If you look at the front caster fork there should be some extra holes where you can re-position the caster wheel. Likewise on the hole where the rear tires mounts there should be a hole above it where you can re-mount the tire. So just move the caster and wheel up to the next hole. If there are no holes to move up to then you cant lower the chair. The only other options would be to install a drop seat which you`ll have to purchase from a dealer or install smaller wheels and casters. So, for instance, say you have 8" casters and 24" wheels you would then install 6" casters and 22" wheels. Good Luck and let me know how it turns out.

Broken casters (wheels)

This is definitely something that you can do yourself. Remove the back of the dishwasher and the front kickplate. This will give you access to the wheels. The wheels are held in place with a U shaped clip. Remove the clip and the wheel will come out. replace with the new wheel.

This happened with my Danby DDW1805 and I fixed it myself. I used two step stools at the side of the dishwasher to raise it off of the floor.
