You need to press 0 at the voicemail login prompt. If you dont have a button programmed you can dial Intercom-7-7-7. If the system is configured properly you will get the login prompt. You can then dial 0# for the admin login. The default password is 1234#

I did dial 0#. Instead of getting the login prompt, the system tells me "Your call has been transferred to receptionist". Then it directs me to the voice mail and ask me to leave a message.
My problem is that I cannot get to voicemail login prompt.
