Unblock oovoo - Apple MacBook Pro Laptop Computer with Intel Duo Core 15.4 Inch PC Notebook

1. Go to ooVoo.com and login to your account.
2. Hover over where it says "ooVoo", select "My Profile", and then click on "Edit My Profile".
3. Type "inactive" in the display name field.
4. Remove your picture.
5. Go to "ooVoo" once again, select "Settings", then select "Privacy" and disallow your profile so no one can find you.
6. Now go to "ooVoo" one more time, select "Emails" and uncheck the boxes under "Notification".
7. The last step is to uninstall ooVoo from your computer or mobile device.

Make sure that you upgrade your oovoo to the latest version as well make sure the person you are reaching does the same. If that still does not work contact oovoo for another resolution.

Internal or External Webcam? Try the settings in Oovoo.

Make sure you are connected to the internet before trying to get on oovoo. You can test this by opening up your web browser and typing in your favorite website. Go to the oovoo tab and change your status to online

Make sure that you are connected to the internet. go to the oovoo tab and change your status from offline to online. Any further issues try contacting oovoo at www.oovoo.com.

If you are referring to blocking Oovoo using Windows Firewall, try to follow these steps: - Open Start menu. - Click on Control Panel. - Click on Security Center. - Click on Windows Firewall, which is located at the bottom. - There should be 3 tabs. "General", "Exceptions", "Advanced". - Click on the "Exceptions" tab. - Scroll down until you find "Oovoo". - Tick the box next to it. - Then click on "Ok".
If you followed those steps, you shall have unblocked Oovoo from Windows Firewall.

Uninstall ooVoo, restart your system and reinstall ooVoo..
