Do you have the send feature or just scan? If just scan you need to install scan gear to the computer you want to scan to and configure scanner, than can pull scan fro canon to any viewer installed on your computer. If you have the send feature, make a folder on the c drive of the computer , share the folder with all permissions. Touch send on screen, reg. new address, touch file, arrow down to smb file, browser button to see your network, highlight your network, touch down highlight your computer name, enter user name and password as shown, log in to your computer from canon and highlight the shared folder and hit ok. you should now be able to send to that shared folder

Hi fiona,
I am glad to help you.Press the "ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS" button located to the right of the display. Select "communication settings". Now press "TX SETTINGS".Now press "common settings".Now press "Edit standard send settings". You will now see a screen that allows you to set the DPI value and file format. You will have drop down menus for each that allow you to change these settings. Once you have selected your preferred settings press the "OK" button located at the lower right. I have "FIXEDYA". :-) Rememeber, you can change these settings of a case per case basis on the main send srceen. Be well and smile when you get a chance. Please let "fixya" know I have helped. Thanx

Have you checked that your printer driver is correct and that the IP Address for the driver and the machine are the same?
