Since you didn't report any other problems, I am going to assume the machine is working otherwise. In that case, it is usually a bad logic board. Since the left and right side logic boards are the same, you could swap the two boards and see if the issue follows the board.

Most people will order the logic board and replace it themselves, avoiding a service call.

You might try to google the brand and model of the machine plus "owner's manual". Or go to the Brand site and look for support for the model.There might be a link. Or, go back to the seller and ask for a manual. If this was acquired on sale, chances are the manual was known to be gone.

that looks like it might be a serial number that is missing the letter in front on it, you need to have the proper model to look it up

Had no luck finding your Manual/Recipes on any of the international KENWOOD sites ... BUT found downloadable PDF file MANUAL/RECIPES on Australian SUNBEAM site ... which should be exactly what you need.
Go to www.sunbeam.com.au to download your items from Manuals and/or Recipes ... ok
