Asking me to enter unlock code when i put my sim card

hi you can use codes to unlock the mobile you can get the codes from here onlinegsmunlock here they ask the following details before
providing you the codes they are mobile model,country and the provider to which
the mobile is locked .finally they will send you the codes to unlock your mobile . once you entered the codes in your mobile as for the instructions provided
by them your mobile get unlocked and will be free to accept any network sim card.

It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola W375 mobile phone ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

The chances are that the W375 is locked to Net10. The other Motorola phone you mentioned will work with the old SIM if the phone was previously used on Net10, or has been unlocked.

Most phones, upon issue, are locked to the network that provided the phone. If the other working phone is locked to a different network, speak to the Network it was previously locked to, and ask for an unlock code.

Try it anyway, you can't damage anything by doing so.

Sir, as explained earlier - you will need to contact your service provider to get the Puk code - it is a code that is burnt into your SIM card - I understand that they say they are unable to do this right now, but it is not a code on the phone - you will need to BUY a new sim card to make your calls sir.

the reason it's asking for puk is you entered the wrong sim code more the 3 times.

A subsidy password is an unlock code. Phones are usually locked to the original carrier and a subsidy password must be entered to use a different carriers SIM card. Its safest to obtain this from the original carrier. There are a lot of websites out there that can help you inlock the phone as well. Just be careful. If the wrong unlock code or subsidy password is entered too many times the phone will be locked to the original carrier permanently.
