Notify your bank quickly to stop online removal of funds until you can cancel the account and open a new one. Make an extremely difficult password on your new account. Perhaps your bank will refund the stolen money. No guarantee on that, though.

This is something you can only resolve by calling commbank themselves.

If www.netbank is not working then goto commonwealth mainpage and follow links to netbank also on main page check maintenance schedule, may not be just you.

contact the customer service section of the bank and explain your problem. They will require some identification if you are on the phone or just go into a bank and they will help you.
