The carriage on my babylock EMP6 is clicking and will not align.

It started when I had a shirt that was too small on the frame. The carriage couldn't move to the left, and it started clicking. I tried calibrating the frames, but I think the entire carriage arms need to be realigned. How do I do this?

Sounds like your carriage gears are slipping as though there is something blocking the carriage from moving. Could be the carriage is not seating properly.

I have a babylock EMp6 My hoops are not going to the center point where they should start I have recalabrated three times any help would be wonderful I have a big design I need to do and I cant adjust

You may need to take it to a dealer. The stepper motors could be bad. Or a sensor could be out of place.

Can't download pallette 5 on my vista computer for a emp6 babylock

Vista came out years after palette 5. There is no support for palette 5 on vista and newer operating systems/computers. You will need to buy a newer version of palette. The newest available is version 10
