    I am looking to unlock a Galaxy S5 from the sprint network for a phone I bought online. Their customer service told me it could be unlocked if someone with an account with sprint requested it.

I unlocked a few phones on this site. A lot of people say there's no way you can unlock a sprint sm-n900p note 3 cdma for gsm use for international use. I don't believe that. Depends on how much effort you want to make. Rooting and custom roms are free, but have risks of soft/hard bricking the phone.You may have to root and install a custom rom for gsm, but try this site first. If they cant, they'll refund the small fee within 48 hrs. Very reasonable. Click on the link.

    Also, if you are under a contract with sprint for 4 months or more, you should be able to sprint and they'll give you an unlocking code. That's my understanding from others.

    yes they do as long as the phone is not stoen or marked as not paid for
