I was also looking for such a manual, but could not find any. However, the only thing I missed was how to set 24 hours. The rest are very basic and easy to understand. To set 24 hours just push the two buttons on the right side simultaneously.

Don't need manual because the watch is user friendly. Look closely on sides of the watch and notice there are button tags, then the rest is up to you. In this day of age, most people are tech savvy. Have a nice day!
