IMO, I suggest for head unit go for pioneer that also goes to the seps and mid speaker. for subs and amp try getting a kicker.

My 2002 Accord radio lights up, changes channels, but there is no sound? What's up?

It could be a number of problems ranging from the speakers, to the speaker wiring, to the amplifier in your radio, to the ground. Take the radio out, unground it and see if that helps. If the ground wire is already disconnected, re-connect it. I doubt all of your speakers would go out at once (but i wasnt told otherwise, just assuming) I would say its the amp or preamp in your radio. Best bet there is to get a new radio.

ROCKFORD FOSGATE Punch 301M Amplifier Problems!!!!!!!!!

Check the Inline Fuse -=Usually located Close to the battery in the engine copartment=- and also check the fuse in the AMP. Without knowing and seeing all of the details i would say to try to bypass the capicator, I know that i always unhooked my inline before jumping the car but i know it happens. Hopefully it will be just that a fuse or the capicator but if some sort of surge resulted from multiple failures get the amp bench tested at A car audio shop. Just some thoughts.
