Have need for speed run for PC installed the game on a previous computer have tried to install the game on a new computer the reason is the product key was installed by me my question can origin re deem the product key or remove it from the their system as I can get into my account but the game is not listed any where
In general you can un-install a game or other software from one computer and install on a new one with the same owner and same product key. Sometimes you may need a new product key, and will need to get in touch with the manufacturers.
You do not say what kind of computer/tablet ect you have, but if it uses Windows have you gone to Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs to try and remove it?

It might not run on vista. Vista in incredibly picky and most games needs patches. Best bet is to go to the sims website and see if they have the patch for vista.

SOURCE: I can not install Boggle on a Vista system
You could try to rightclick the setup.exe, select properties, go to compatibility and run it in Win95 compatibility. You can also try to make a shortcut to the game, then doing the above. There could also be a map called DIrectX on the disk. Try opening the executable in there, install DirectX, then try the game again.
Otherwise you're out of luck. Microsoft doesn't support old games, gets you to buy new ones. I don't like it either, but there's nothing you can do about it but switch back to Win95
SOURCE: I have installed the game and when I try to play
This is a common problem on Windows Vista. If you got the game installed and there's a shortcut on your desktop, just right click the icon of it on your desktop and click "Run as Administrator", then it will ask you to confirm, with or without password, and it will start with admin rights.
That's how simple it is. ^^
Testimonial: "You rock man. I actually have windows 7 and the problem was an uninstalled update that wouldn't run. Regardless your help allowed the game to finally start for me. Thanks so much."

first go to RUN> type DXDIAG>ok look for the file Physxloader.dll if the file does not exist then download it from the internet http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?physxloader then copy the file and paste it in the system files directory and in the game destination folder... rightclick on desktop icon >properties>find target>paste here GOOD LUCK!
