I only started my month free trial yesterday and I just tried to continue watching one of the films I started watching and I got a error mess saying that my 24 hour free trial is up and to visit web sight ? Can u help

If your getting the service from an Amazon free month trial it will expire after a month then ask you if you want to continue which you can say no. other then that go to your account and under account settings is an option for memberships and subscriptions and also an option for video subscriptions.

You don't mention what device your using but if you are using a PC then it's just www.netflix.com

This sounds like a time to contact Netflix. It is very likely that you entered some information wrong, and they think your information looks like someone else's. Something is wrong, and they probably think you have already had a free trial. I'm told that's the most common reason they won't give someone a free trial.
