This does happen occasionally but is not a typical thing. This means that you have either lost network access to the system or a service on the system has stopped. The system will have to be rebooted to get things going normally again. The preferred method (since you can do it through netset) is to connect to the console port with a DB9 straight through serial cable and open hyperterm or putty and connect to it at 9800, 8, 1 none settings. Hit ctrl r and the system will reboot. if you don't have a serial cable then you are forced to pull the power or switch it off and then back on. CAUTION: you risk a database corruption every time the system loses power without closing the database properly (netset or ctrl r through the console) so do this as a last resort. Also, the system will do a disk scan (except V3001) and will take 15 to 45 minutes to complete before the system will start to function again. DO NOT UNPLUG IT AGAIN WHILE IT IS DOING A DISK SCAN! You can tell if it is doing the scan by looking at the S1 and S2 lights on the Call Processor. During a disk scan, they will be alternating back and forth (like police lights). Wait for it to complete and try netset again. I recommend doing a fresh reboot through netset after it comes back up just to be sure it's a fresh clean boot.

I forgot the password and cannot access the web interface of snom 300, version of firm ware is 7.3.23, I have tried to reset it but it again asks for password. I have tried user name as 'admin' and...

Your phone has two passwords, administrative and http. If you lose http but still have administrative you can fix this through the web interface as your are trying. If both are lost then you will have to reset the phone to factory defaults by using TFTP to update the frimware. Note that this will result in you starting from scratch with your configuration.

Here is the SNOM wiki article containing directions for doing this:

Lost my programs

Most of the time manufacturers put preloaded software and the OS on different disks, do you have multiple cd's that came with it?

Have you tried wiping the hard drive before with success? Did it install some of the preloaded softwares, or none of them?

Only the disc driver lost , i dont have anymore

You can download the drivers at the HP web site.
This is generally recommened anyway since the original drivers may be out dated or otherwise updated.

Recovery

Since the "recovery" partition is no longer there, your only option is to request a CD recovery disk from Sony. This will allow you to rebuild the PC to the factory starting point. You will need to provide proof of ownership +/or license.

Lost driver

The needs to be some form of identification regarding your particular webcam. Otherwise we could just give you any old driver that doesn't do you any good whatsoever.
