Alcatel one touch wont turn on

The Unlock code is the one that you or the previous owner put on it. There is no way to know what code you put on it.

The only way to fix this is to do a Factory Reset and scrub it clean of all data and reload the operating system clean with no lock code.

I would recommend you try using a different battery. Since you used different chargers you've eliminated that it's not the charger. Now its either the battery or something internal in the phone. Try the battery and hopefully that's the reason!

Here are two things to try:
I- Using the Power button:
1 Press and hold the Power button for at least 4 seconds.
2 Swipe-down the shutdown confirmation screen to the bottom

Hi Esther, You will need to wipe all data and do a factory reset! To do this press the volume up key and the power on button at the same time until the screen lights up!

Plug in with the 4030a's charger or the usb cable from a PC and it will power up. I'm having the same problem and this is now the only i'm able to turn it on aside from pressing and holding the power button hard for about 5 seconds or so

may be doing some activities like miscalling, texting or charging your mobile phone could wake it up for first time and then you need to use third party app for other options of waking.

for alcatel t10 maybe you can try to press the power and volume up button simultaneously and release the button when you see the android logo and there is a red triangle above it and wait till it reboot this might work..we have the same problem but difference is it stays on the lock screen and it never allow me to unlock it if you're experiencing the same problem this reset instructions might not work.
