I bought a brand new tablet- Kocaso M736 from a lady who received it as a gift for Christmas. She didn't know how to work it, didn't have internet and wanted to sell it, so I bought it from her. When I hit the power button, a number pad comes up, and I can't get past it. The lady said that she never set a password. I've contacted Kocaso, and they are giving me the run around. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue? Thanks for your time!
