Hotpoint wdl540 banging on spin - Hotpoint Aquarius WF000 Front Load Washer

SOURCE: Hotpoint aquarius 1100 bangs while spinning

Several possible reasons for this. M/C not level, causing it to move about.
Overloading of m/c.
Loose concrete balance weight, there is one at top and one at bottom.
Suspension spring broken or unhooked.
Suspension leg loose or broken.
Main drum bearings worn, to check this, turn drum by hand and if it feels noisy or rough , then bearings have gone (expensive repair).
There are other possible causes, but these are the main reasons.
Plz rate my solution.

hi take the top of the machine and check the brick at top or bottom of the machine they sometimes come lose .

I have an Aquarius WDL540 washer dryer which washes brilliantly but when I set it to dry the drum spins but everything comes out cold and still wet! Can you diagnose the problem please Alison
You need to check if the SPIN cycle works with a good RPM in the spin mode. If not the controller can be faulty as it fails to drive the motor for the cycle and can be due to no output from the controller.
If possible check the power to the motor at the time of the spin cycle to confirm. Finally check for the drain pump but since the wash seems good the controller can be suspected.
