Bowl is crooked load unbalanced

1st check ur floor level if the floor level is not flat means sure the error will come.. and dont put a blanket with other clothes

Probably find one or more of the suspension hangers has broken plastic top or bottom sections and therefore not hanging the bowl centrally. Check the bowl sits centred with no load (just open the lid and make sure it doesn't look off side) and then push down on the central agitator, towards each bottom corner to try and sense if one of the springs is different to the others in its feel.

Does it wash ....I assume it does because you didnt say so. Just not spinning could mean
1.....the water has not drained away
check the drain pump for a blockage or burn out
2.....water drained out but machine sensing an unbalanced load
take out all the load and check if it spins with no load.If so the unbalance mechanism may need professional ajustments.
3.....programmer fault
call for a technician
4.....An item of clothing has become jammed between the outer and inned bowls.
Cal for a technician to remove the inner bowl to clear the problem.

There is a small spiral spring between the bowl and the cabinet, which help hold the bowl away from the out of balance switch.....OOB switch is at the back RHS of the machine, the spring is situated diagonally opposite (LHS Front). Lift lid, remoce 2 round plugs and loosen screws. Carefully lift hob and check the spring!.....I hope this helps...good luck...Nomess

sounds like damper rods are getting worn. they support bowl underneath.i think if u change them it should fix problem. is it noisy during spin?if u need more help please reply. please turn power off b4 working on it do not want any accidents.

Problem now solved, Simpson solved it by informing me that this machine comes with 4 transit straps on the bottom of the bowl to the adjustable feet. Its not stated anywhere on the material supplied.

What is a bowl spinner, my washer is only 3 years old and seems to not aggitate any more. The light come on complaining of either the water is too hot or the bowl is unbalanced. puting my clothes on the cold cycle and balancing the load does not do any good. the wash and spin cycle will run its cource and I get dirty clothes from it!@!#@#$$@@!!!*^!

its normally due to a blocked pump..put outlet hose into a washing up bowl at ground level.the water should then syphon itself out into the bowl.if it doesnt you more and likely have a sock stuck in the sump hose,which you will have to remove to get to.
