HISENSE TV boot loop issue

Let me get this right..you want to know where the EEPROM is located on the main board, then you want to short some pins but not sure what pins to short so the TV will magically reboot. You said something about "get it out of the boot loop"..The boot log is what you need for the TV to work, The ROM sends the various commands to the CPU telling it what to do to make the TV wake up and come on. For your set to work you need to REPLACE the IC, ld tell you where it's located at but I doubt you have the equipment to replace SMD components. Your best bet to fix the TV is replace the main board.

What does a main control board cost for the Emerson LF320EM4 32 in cost ?

ShopJimmy lists several models for $32-$40 (compare sticker numbers on the main board, but presently all but one are out of stock. They also sell a replacement EEPROM chip for the board for $15; evidently it is a common failure point. Replacement of the EEPROM requires the equipment and soldering skills to change an SO-8 surface mount integrated circuit.

My Hisense F46V89C, 46inch LCD TV no longer turns on, and only Clicks. Can anyone tell me which component is the EEPROM i'm supposed to replace on the main board?

Fault to its main board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ . In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

Oven doesn't work. Panel shows "FFF"

FFF code - Control error, failed EEPROM

The main control operates a series of software commands, which control the various features and functions of the oven. Each function or operation has a numerical value assigned to it. The numerical values can be added up - this is called the check sum operation. Every time the system is powered up and after each clean cycle the system performs a check sum and compares the value to the value programmed into the software (stored in memory).

An EEPROM check sum error or FFF code occurs when the values differ. If this happens, replace the oven control board (also called clock or ERC).

Replace the oven control board (also called clock or ERC).

Hope this helps.
