Jura capresso front adjustable height coffee spout leaks from behind. How to remove front panel?

I managed to take off the top and two side panels. The front panel is loose on the sides and at the bottom. The top of the front panel is "fused" to the rest of the machine. How do I take it off?

SOURCE: Jura Capressa E9 Leaking

Your spout is probly cracked (a common problem). It won't hurt the machine if you want to live with making one cup at a time to catch it all.
If you want to get it repaired go to www.hotncold.com Click on Jura Repair for shipping instructions. We can turn the job around in 24 hours. The repair will also include a free software update.

SOURCE: Jura z5 after filling system said coffee ready

Someone online sells a special screwdriver head used to open the Z5. With it, it's possible to take the machine apart, clean up the coffee ground dust that gums up the moving parts. You can giggle sensor switches that get stuck. The water lines will need decalcifying eventually, even if you use the the Clearyl water filter cartridges. If you're not up to taking machines apart, sell me your broken Z5: [email protected]

SOURCE: jura capresso e9 water not coming through spout

Use a pin or a needle on the spout to clean the nozzle head. Most of the time this is due to useing to fine a grind in the machine. You may have to clean the head this way more then one time to get it to start working again properly. If you have any further questions message me back.
Thank you

How do I unblock the coffee spout of the jura 5

My Jura 5 was only pouring coffee from one spout, the other was blocked. I fixed it by removing the cover from the spout (see photo) it clips off with pressure applied to the sides on the dimpled part, then removing the brown reservoir inside after disconnecting the brown tube. Right enough, one side of the reservoir was full of coffee residue. I cleaned this with hot water and a tooth brush before re-assembling it all. The machine now pours perfectly from both spouts.

Jura-Capresso Impressa Z5 - left coffee spout is clogged the left spout only lets drips of coffee coming through yes we: 1. use only dry beans 2. have the water harshness setting below 10 (we only use...

As the coffee is dispensed, it is normal to have some residue left in the tubing and spouts. It is the reason that the machine will require cleaning on a regular basis using the Jura tablets that dissolves the coffee film. In the case the spouts get clogged, the best approach would be to dismantle the spout assembly. Since it may not always be possible, I found that filling a cup with a coffee cleaning solution such as Puly Cleaner (pulycleaner.co.uk) and having the spout dip in the solution overnight can help. Probably that dissolving a Jura cleaning tablet in a cup of warm water would provide similar cleaning power.
Dismantling the spout is rather straightforward. You start with removing the front logo by rotating it counter-clockwise. Behind it you will find a T15 Torx screw. Removing it will allow removal of spout cover by pulling the top part lightly towards you and then sliding it down below the spouts. Grab the spouts by the sides and wiggle downwards until it comes loose. You can now clean the spouts but will most likely need to soak it. The coffee started coming out the brew spouts to the right and left and some coffee comes out in the center. i have cleaned and descaled the machine but that has not helped

I had this same problem and called Jura Capresso. They had me straighten out a paper clip and stick it up each spout as far as I could and jiggle it around (after bringing the panel with the spouts down as far as possible) Then they said to **** the panel containing the spouts up and down several times and then press the rinse button. Repeat this process several times. That did the trick for me. They said sometimes the spouts get clogged and just need to be cleared.

Malfunction 8 - Good Cleaning of the Unit, but how to open?

You must remove the 4 oval screws on the back panel, then lift up the top panel. Then take a good grip in the left panel (seen from behind) and pull back. The other panel you use your fist and hit lightly backwards, it is ligthly snapped in the front panel. Then you will have free axcess for cleaning.

Coffee leaking onto to counter top

I've worked on that problem on a X9, I am not sure if the coffee/milk spout is the same but, I had to dismantle the spout and clean inserts, I also had to replace the o-rings on the spouts.

Leaks at the hot water spout during coffee brew

I had the same problem. I ended up taking the coffee machine apart and found that the reason coffee trickles out around the hot water spout is that the two coffee nozzles were partially plugged. Since I Had parts of the coffee machine apart I was able to clean it easily. It may also be possible to clean the assembly using a pick of some sort and clean out the holes of the two normal coffee spouts. Inside it is just a open cavity so gentle poking around and using some steaming hot water may do the trick.
If you want to take the machine apart you need to do the following: 1) take of the warmer plate on the top - 2 storz screws but an allen key works as well 2) take off the top plate of the machine - another 4 or 5 screws - make sure you empty the beans first otherwise you will have a mess 3) remove one screw from the right hand side of the removable coffee ground tray. Once this screw is removed the front panel is free to swing open except for the pipes connecting the front 4) unclip the steam assembly - there are a couple of plastic catches on the top. this will free the steam assembly from the front panel and also free a pipe connections. The steam dispenser pipe will also come free from the steam assembly. 5) remove the coffee pipes from the up and down sliding coffee dispenser. This is a small whitish color clip with 2 pipes connecting into it. The white clip has a little plastic catch on the top that frees it. The front panel should now swing open freely. 6) remove the sliding coffee dispenser from the front door. There are 4 plastic catches, 2 on either side. the whole front sliding coffee displenser now comes free 7) Take the sliding dispenser apart by release the 4 plastic catches on the front curved planel. 8) Inside the sliding dispenser is a white plastic piece that connected to the piping released in step 5. There is a small plastic catch that needs to be pressed while pulling fairly hard on the plastic piece and bending the whole piece. 9) You will now see the plugged spouts. It goes back together really easily.
