I did some stupid settings with progressive output. now the tv screen is blue and i can hear the DVD running. Menu is also not visible.

I have sony DVP ns67p dvd player . i did some stupid settings with progressive output. now my screen is all blue but i can hear a dvd running. Please help how do i reset because even the menu is not visible.

Put player in standby mode, Press 369 on DVD player remote, power up. This will turn off progressive mode.
