I assume that your printer is a Kyocera Mita and probably one from their KM range. I proceed on this basis.
It is possible to reset this using U163 in Maintenance Mode to reset the code. If the error still persists it is to do with the fuser unit. I found many error codes for many printers and the particular page of relevance to you is here:

It is for the KM2540 but you can change models easily using the drop down menu in the centre of and near the top of the page.

Switch on, holding "System Menu"
Go to "Secure Setting"
"Enter"
Hold "Start" "#" "Enter"
Scoll down to "Maintenance Mode"
"Enter"
Scoll down to "U163"
Scoll do "Execute"
"Enter"
Close Toner Cover
Leave run for a few seconds
Switch off
Switch on....

This error code is related to the fuser unit and should be investigated by a technician.

it is a error on your heater unit. it sometimes comes with power fluctuation. you need to enter service mode, it is a dangerous place to be if you do not know about copiers and their settings and i advice you to rather get a trained tech to do it for you.

to reset this error, do the following, but please take care and DON'T fiddle around.
type in 10871087
the machine will display U000 and be in maint. mode
type in 163 (this is the code to reset the error)
press ok/print
on some models it ask for "execute", select it if neede
the machine will now restart and be ok
** if however the machine restart and the error occure again, there is a deeper problem that need to be attended by a trained tech

Are you sure the error isn't C6000, which is a fixing unit error? If it is a C6000 then it maybe able to be reset in simulation mode if the fixing unit hasn't failed. Verify error code.

This is a fixing unit error. If you have had a power outage or your power has flickered it maybe able to be reset with out parts. Go to www.gfbm.net and call thier number and they should be able to reset it over the phone at no charge.

A technician needs to reset the FUSER ERROR code for you.
