Forgot password I need to reset password

I have the same number and i can not access my account can u go in my junk mail or spam folder to reset my facebook code reset it to [email protected] i want my old facebook the one i was using a few days ago

I have a yahoo account don't remember my password ive tried reseting it but it pops up to where it wants to send the information to me in a text but the cell phone number thats on there I no longer have how do I go by changing the number to my new number do I can get access to my yahoo account
