My washers is gusing water from the detergent dispense area. I removed the dispenser and found that the water was not draining into the washer fast enough. I can only assume there may be some detergent build up or something of that nature. What can I do?
I have a maytag neptune front loader (MAH8700AWW) unless I turn the water off @ the faucet the water continues to run into the washer after the load is done .How can I fix this.
HELP! I have a Maytag Neptune model #MAH8700AWW. Water is leaking from under the machine when in the wash cycle. I just replaced the drain assy. pump. My machine was not leaking before the new part. The assy pump is not leaking. Water seems to be coming from the front of the machine. Anyone else had this problem?
I was able to fix the problem of bleach and softener not dispensing by increasing the water pressure / water flow ( eg opening the supply valves more). I'd also unplugged the washer for 10 minutes, but i don't think this had any effect. I'd recently installed a whole- house water filter and I think the water pressure had dropped.
Here is advise I got from and ebay guide.
There are a couple ways Maytag directed water to the bleach and softener, both are easy to check. Take the screws out from the door opening (both sides) and squeeze at the top lip of the front panel, it will pop out. remove the 4 screws that hold in the soap dispenser and the two screws that hold the lid clamps (they were uncovered when you took the front panel off. at the top. now the top should hinge back. You should see two tubes directed at the bleach and softener dispenser. The should be either deflected, or pinched, buy a wax motor, or a solenoid. Power come from the timer.
Go to my web page and download the service manual (free link on left margin of my Maytag web page www.goetjen.com/maytag.htm.) for more information
You must be on the right track, must be a blockage at the back of the soap drawer, check if junior has posted a toy car! If not turn down the water pressure at the machine stop tap

I have a Maytag MAH5500BWW front load washer. Started noticing that the bleach and fabric softener cups in the machine were still full after the cycle was complete. I checked the hoses in the back of the macine and they are clear. I watched a whole cycle and the water rinses to the main "add soap" area but never into the bleach or softener cups. Any ideas on a fix? Thank you!!
what is the solution to this issue? I am having the same problem

I have the same problem with the bleach and fabric softener cups. They do not empty, even though the detergent cup works fine. Is this a bad solenoid? My machine is 3.5 years old.
my maytag neptune washing machine was working fine yesterday today it wont start it shows a d5 error even though the door is closed Help
Water backs up in the detergent dispenser compartment. Sometimes whatever ever is misaligned gets aligned ad the water flows at it should to the tub. Most the time it just pours out of the seams of the dispenser draw.
