Will eventually lose songs downloaded?

Hello - I just read the below posting.

"My e250 has been working fine for the past month and now all the songs i downloaded won't play... a box pops up that reads: "synchronize to continue your music subscription". i tried downloading new songs thinking that those other songs had expired, but the new ones won't play at all either and the same box pops up. Also, all my original downloads read as "unknown". Please help!! This mp3 has been almost total frustration and I don't know if it's Rhapody's fault or the e250.

The preloaded music is part of the Rhapsody subscription service. If you dont have an account, you will receive that message until you delete the preloaded music, or subscribe to the Rhapsody Service."     I just purchased my MP3 Player and couldn't quite figure it out.  Last night I spent 4 hours downloading various songs from Rhapsody.  I did the trial subscription for 2 months.  Are you telling me that in 2 months I'm going to lose all 250 songs that I spent downloading last night?  Thanks.

Okay, here's what i've encountered:  songs that I downloaded on rhapsody, without purchasing, only lasted about 7-10 days unless i reconnected.  once my trial period ended, i lost all the songs.  songs that i've purchased i've had no trouble (although if you load them to the sansa immediately after download, you may get the same message.  its best to wait at least 24 hours).  good luck

E250 'unknown' problem

This player also has a known problem of occasionally losing the information for some songs. Random occurrence. It'll lose some of the ID3 tags of some songs.

Trouble getting the software for my sansa sandisk c200 series mp3

Hi,
I am also a user of SanDisk. They will not give any CD with it. Try using below steps to download the music.
1. Movies and Music should be in MP3 format.
2. Plugin SanDisk to Computer.
3. System will open new drive in "My Computer" name as Sansa e250 .
4. Copy music, movies and past it into Sansa Drive.

There is another good feature in SanDisk.
You can also record the song from FM Radio.

At the time of listining song from FM press Rec button. Song will get saved in your SanDisk.

Thanks,
Vaquar

Sansa e250 keeps saying "SYNCHRONIZE TO CONTINUE YOUR MUSIC SUBSCRIPTION"

Here's the deal with WMA files - once your subscription expires (or really,  the license on the WMA file expires) - you will have to renew your music service subscription or the song will no longer play on your device.
Use Mp3 format songs - they'll never give you this problem.

Some songs read 'unknown'

you need to make shure does songs end in .mp3 with lowercase letters for the song title its just a encryption problem!

rename all the songs after download from the net then put them in the mp3 player ! its not recognising the letters from the original persone who wrote the titles

Help please!!!

The most easiest way to do this is change the mode of the player to MSC go to Settings-USB-MSC then connect the player to the computer. After connecting the player to the computer you will see the player acting like a removable disk drive in My Computer window. After that double click the icon and locate the Music folder that should contain the songs in your player. Now copy the songs in that folder and paste it to your My Documents folder or in any folder that you want to paste it in.

E250--several problems lol

it could be either a bad usb hub or cord for the sandisk e250, but it would most likely be that one of your CD's is either corupted, or your sandisk detects a virus and is skipping through the song.
