My cv 353 start but is no succion could be the filter, how i replace it? there is a diagram?

It may be a clog in your tank, preventing the water being sucked back up. Check your tank and tubes for clogs or damage. Make sure the brush is still rotating and the belt is not broken too.

If it's an upright, the suction occurs at the base, where the rollers are. Can you explain in more detail what you are having a problem with?

look around the nozzle it might have a reset switch

You may have a colg in your hose, try blowing it out.

its not that bad to take apart and blow out the motor with a compressor, but if that dust got into the bearings of the motor it could be ruined.

most of those systems are plumbed with PVC, but some do use flex throughout the home...
If yours is PVC, visit your nutone dealer and get a new outlet/elbow.
Trim the old elbow off with a drywall saw or other small saw (if you have a sawsall, that is fine) and glue the new one in
if it is flex tubing, it's easier; the elbow threads on. just be sure to hold the tubing so it doesn't drop down,

I think this unit has a utility valve on the front. If so, do you have good suction at this valve? If not, disconnect the inlet piping and check the suction directly from the inlet. Make sure the utility valve is closed while checking the suction on the inlet. If you have good suction, you have an open pipe or valve somewhere in the house. If you have any vacpans, check these first. Next, turn the unit on and walk through the house and listen for air whistling. If you do not have good suction from the inlet at the unit with the utility valve closed, replace your bag and look for a secondary filter that may be plugged. Good Luck!

if its an older unit or it got heavy use it could be the motor they tend to sputter as there going out, as it rotates the electricity hits a burnt spot inside the motor and shuts itself off can you turn it on manually? they usually put a swithc on the tank itself if the problem doesnt occur when you switch it then it could be the hose itself normally they control the off/on use a meter to check the continuity beteen the two copper plates that are on the end of the hose ( the wall end )
