Just had it fixed 2 days ago and it acted up again. took it back to dealer again and they said it was rodent damage again. just spent 261 dollars and now they want 415 dollars to fix it again. i cant afford this every 2 days .how can i stop the rodents from eating my wiring. my parents have a 2011 ford fusion and my sister has a 2007 mercury milan and they have no problem with their wiring getting eaten. any suggestions?

Try disconnecting the wires to the blower motor before you put in another fuse. If the new fuse does not blow you need to replace the blower motor.

Wow... a NEW Lincoln and they can't figure out how to resolve this? I would try a different dealership (under warranty) OR a top notch front end shop (but you will have to pay). Sounds like a simple alignment problem OR tires. Did they rotate the tires?
I wonder why they replaced both control arms? Some mechanics are still in the "let's replace parts until we fix it" mode.
