C4280 HP PhotoSmart Printer, Copier, Scanner

I can't install the HP Photosmart C4280 on  my MacBook.  I have lost the CD that came with the printer.  My kids installed it on their MacBook, and I can print from theirs, but I really  need it on mine.  Can someone please help?  Thanks so much!

I have HP photosmart c 4280 printer/scanner/copier ( photosmart express).The paper fed do not feed into printer, instead it come out in the back.

Printer keeps saying usb not conected
Can you print from it? It sounds like you just need to install the software that came with it, it has all the drivers you need or go to hp website and download the newest drivers. Update your drivers and then it will recognize it.

HP Photosmart C4280 All-In-One Will Not Scan
hi
i had the exact same problem and i installed and un-installed
over and over again

and then it hit me !!!

why bother ??? , just download a 3rd party scanning software like "VueScan" or any other you find on google and it does the job !!
it's light, recognize the scanner (C4280) automatically and scan !!
