You need to wind the spring back in a coil at a time, it is not easy if you have never done one, order a new spring, this will come pre wound in a cassette and is an easy fit.

May need a throttle return cable and/or the return spring is not connected or broken

Difficult to give step by step instructions without knowing how simple to pitch it

the spring goes behind the trigger, but i would need to know the brand and model glue gun to really help with this problem

It goes to the battery area to maintain contact with the battery pack.

Without knowing the make and model of the dishwasher, it is hard to provide specifics. It is very rare for the hinge/spring to be repairable.

Generally, the hinge and spring assembly needs to be replaced as a single assembly. If you replace one, know that the other may fail soon, so consider replacing both.

they are simple to change however you will need a spring compressor.

1 jack car and use axle stands to support the car.
2 remove wheel
3 behind drum or disc break assembly you will see shock absorber assembly
5 remover lower but (it may be very tight due to corrosion and time).
6 undo top nut located in boot around the top of the wheel arch. This may require the removal of some interior trim.
7 compress spring using spring compressor (use device instructions as these vary from type to type)
8 Undo top nut on the shock absorber assembly, remover cap spring and other rubbers.

Reinstalling is basically the instructs in reverse.
