Arcsoft VideoImpression While making a video slideshow it lets me complete steps 1-5 but when I try and click 6 (Produce) to complete all that I have done it stops & freezes up. Hi,
Welcome to Fixya. You can try to run a compatibility on the software and see if this will run on your computer. Install the program then on the icon on your desktop can you please Right Click on the icon then click on Properties. Click on the Compatibility Tab, Put a check on run this on compatibility then select Windows Xp Sp2 and see if this will fix the issue. If this wont work it only means that Windows 7 is not supporting the software.
