SOURCE: DOES PANASONIC PLASMA T.V, HAVE CIRCUIT BREAKERS

There is a relay that latches a few seconds after each switch ON. It is normal, that the sound of the relay come out from the TV. If there is any fault either to main power regulator board, or with other boards which get feed from this power board has any shorted component/s, this relay won't latch up.
Your TV has some fault with its power supply regulator section. Just visit the site 'Electro-help'. Try this link and select the site. There are details about Plasma tV faults. Pull up older posts there.
Anyway, if power supply board is found faulty, it will be best to replace this board, as card basis, rather than making "surgery" to it; especially to Plasma TVs/

If the circuit breaker as tripped ,how do I get it to untripp it

If the fault that caused the breaker to trip still exists, it will not reset. Unplug any devices from the circuit in question and reset the breaker. Then plug in items one at a time until you find the device that is causing the breaker to trip. Then fix or replace. You may also have a bad breaker that needs to be replaced if it will not reset even with all devices off the circuit.

Tv when plugged in trips main fuse box

If there is a short circuit inside the TV, the fuse should normally blow first before tripping your breaker. The only exception is if you have a short in the ac cord or the line filter of the TV set. Have you tried the tv on another circuit to see if it trips that breaker? If not, it could be that your first circuit is close to an overload and the TV is simply pushing the circuit "over the edge".

LD3600WV MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER

I'm not sure what your question is - since all you did was put in a model number of a circuit breaker.

If you need to reset this circuit breaker: 1) Slide the handle to the OFF position. 2) Slide all the other breakers in the panel to the OFF position. 3) Stand to the side (not directly in front of the panel) 4) Slide the handle of the main breaker to the ON position. if it trips, there is a majot fault that should be addressed by a qualified person (electrician).

If the main breaker does not move to the TRIP or OFF position: 1) One by one, starting with the double wide / large value circuit breakers, slide the handles to ON. 2) Any breaker that goes to TRIPPED or OFF should be attempted to be reset ONCE. If it trips again, an electrician should be called, and the breaker left in the TRIPPED or OFF position. 3) One by one, return the handles of the remaining circuit breakers to ON.

If you're looking for different information - please provide as much detail as you can. Include the breaker panel manufacturer's name and model - and the circuit breaker data.

I have a square D breaker with shunt trip. The breaker keeps tripping so how do I check the breaker?

A shunt trip breaker operation.

It works just like a normal circuit breaker with one additional function. A shunt-trip breaker also has a built-in magnetic coil that can be energized externally to trip the breaker.

So what is wired to the shunt that is not letting the breaker reset?

20amp breaker tripped unexpectly tonight. tried resetting at panel but won't click all the way over and little red indicator also on the breaker

Hello, In order to reset circuit breakers that have tripped under load, you must first flip the breaker all the way OFF, before you can then turn the breaker back ON. This should reset the breaker to turn the power back on to the circuit supplied by this breaker.

The red indicator is just there to make it easier to find the tripped breaker. Typically, the red indicator flag is a special feature of Square D QD breakers and panels.

If the breaker immediately trips again and doesn't stay on, then the device it is providing power to, still has a fault and it needs to be looked at to determine what is causing the fault and the tripping of the breaker.

Be sure to turn the breaker OFF if you are going to check the device for potential problems.

I hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

3-pole 60 Amp Circuit Breaker is tripped and won't reset.

When this breaker tripped, it did not go fully to off. Push the breaker all the way off and then all the way to on. It should be fine. If not manually push it to full off once again and then back on. If both attempts fail the breaker will have to be replaced. good luck.

Totally dead. Vizio GV42L

If the circuit breaker was tripped, more likely the fuse inside the TV power supply might also be blown. If that is the case there might be a short circuit in the power supply components, more likely on a diode or transistor/mosfet.
Contact these website to see if they have the parts for your plasma.
Good Luck.
